Foodprint Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition will be open from the time it was posted online until the end date and time listed in the post.  Entries made after the closing date and time will not be counted.

  2. There will be one overall winner picked from entries Foodprint’s database combined. The winner must have fulfilled the entry requirements. The winner will be selected at random after the competition closing time.

  3. The competition is open to residents of New Zealand only, except for Foodprint Limited employees, all contractors and families or anyone directly connected with the organisations, and operators of their brands and concessions.

  4. The details of the winning prize will be listed in the post on Instagram/Facebook.

  5. If the prize includes Foodprint credit, the winner requires a Foodprint app account for the credit to be redeemed.  The credit is valid for three months from the date of application, this will be confirmed in writing to the winner at the time of winning.

  6. The prize includes delivery to the winner, within areas where Foodprint operates only.

  7. Entrants must be over 18 years or older and may be asked to provide proof of age.

  8. If you are a lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, delivery address, and contact phone number within 24 hours of being announced as our winner. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the announcement, your win will be invalid and we’ll select a replacement winner.

  9. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  10. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

  11. One square per Mystery Bag.

  12. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.

  13. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

  14. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  15. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.

  16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.

  17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram and Facebook. You are providing your information to Foodprint Limited and not to Instagram or Facebook. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Instagram and Facebook from any claims.

  18. Foodprint Limited does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.

  19. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
